Palmetto Scholars Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They put the hurt on the Hampton County Hurricanes with a sharp 4-1 victory. With the Phoenix ahead 4-1 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Logan Queen and Owen Frye scored all four of Palmetto Scholars Academy's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Palmetto Scholars Academy didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 12-1 win against Whale Branch on the 27th. As for Hampton County, they have also already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Battery Creek on the 27th.
