Basketball Recap: Five Straight Home Wins for Ozarks Christian Academy

Ozarks Christian Academy entered their tilt with Varsity Opponent on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 70-60 victory over Varsity Opponent. That's the fifth time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 61-37 last Monday.

Ozarks Christian Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Dj Cobban, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and 13 boards. The game was Cobban's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jude Morrison, who posted 22 points and six rebounds.

Ozarks Christian Academy's victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-4.

Ozarks Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 60-55 win against Rolla HomeSchool on the 5th. Varsity Opponent has also already played their next contest, a 67-23 defeat against South Shore Christian Academy on the 4th.
