The Hamden Hall Country Day Hornets were able to grind out a solid win over the Greens Farms Academy Dragons on Wednesday, taking the game 11-6. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hornets.

Chloe Carling made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out six batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits.
