Volleyball Recap: Reagan Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Reagan can now relate to. They came up short against the Marvin Ridge Mavericks on Saturday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mavericks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-12, 25-19.

Despite the defeat, Reagan saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Brielynd Riddle had 13 digs and five assists. Riddle has been hot recently, having posted 13 or more digs the last four times she's played.

Reagan's loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 26-10. As for Marvin Ridge, their win was their 31st straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 30-2.

Reagan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Marvin Ridge, they will welcome Cox Mill at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
