Austin Williams of Adrian ran for the longest rushing play in Western Missouri this season against Appleton City last week. Williams scampered for 77 yards on the play and finished with 179 on the day as his team topped the Bulldogs.

Adding to the longest winning streak in the league this week, Midway beat Christ Prep Academy 40-14. The win marks sixth in a row for the the Vikings.

Austin Corley was a passing and rushing force as Adrian beat Appleton City.

Corley was a force in the backfield as George Bruto's team topped the Bulldogs.

Kale Wheeler was the best wideout in the league this week as Archie lost to Osceola. Wheeler racked up 8 receptions for 101 yards. Damon Wimsat helped Archie's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 35 yards.

5-foot-10 quarterback Dakota Jones of the Whirlwinds is the league leader in passing yards this season with 469. He has also thrown 5 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Jacob Thompson. The Rich Hill star has 22 catches for 345 yards.

Driston Self of the the Indians is just 85 yards short of surpassing 1,000 rushing yards for the season. In 88 carries Self has put up 915 yards this year.

A big matchup in Western Missouri this week will be when Adrian takes on Osceola. As it stands, the Blackhawks are in fourth, while Paul Carney's team is in second.

There should be lots of points scored when Adrian and the Indians face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, the Blackhawks comes in having scored 237 this season, while Osceola has scored 240. Adrian scored 57 points last week as it defeated Appleton City.

The Indians took down Archie 63-20 last week, the largest margin of any game. Self ran for 177 yards in the win.
