Volleyball Recap: Southeast Takes a Loss

After flying high against Liberty on Tuesday, Southeast came back down to earth. The Pirates came up short against the Garfield G-Men on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the G-Men recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-17, 25-13.

Southeast's defeat dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Garfield, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 16-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Southeast will face off against Waterloo at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Garfield, they will square off against Mogadore at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
