Volleyball Recap: Hopkinton Takes a Loss

Hopkinton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They came up short against the Bellingham Blackhawks, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blackhawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in March.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-16, 25-12.

Hopkinton's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Bellingham, they pushed their record up to 9-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

Hopkinton has already played their next matchup (against Norwood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Bellingham, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Nipmuc Regional on the 2nd.
