It was a good run, but White Bear Lake unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 53-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mounds View Mustangs. If the Bears were looking for revenge after losing 69-58 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

White Bear Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Mounds View, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season.

White Bear Lake will look to defend their home court on Friday against Park at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Park's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Mounds View, they will head out on the road to challenge Forest Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Forest Lake knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Mounds View likes a good challenge.
