Baseball Recap: North Comes Up Short

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, North was a bit more limited in their matchup on Wednesday. They came up short against the Heights Falcons, falling 12-1. The loss continues a trend for the RedHawks in their meetings with the Falcons: they've now lost nine in a row.

North saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alfonso Olivarez, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

North's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Heights, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: North beat the Falcons by a score of 8-2 later that day.
