Volleyball Recap: Linden Comes Up Short

Linden and Sutter squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Linden had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Huskies.

Allie Kehoe paced Linden's offense, picking up ten kills. Kehoe got some help from Sydney Billigmeier and her 21 assists. Gabby Garcia-Cisneros controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Eden Bryan had a dynamite game For Sutter., getting 22 digs and two aces. Those 22 digs gave Bryan a new career-high.

Linden has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-12 record this season. As for Sutter, the win (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 25-8.

Linden does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sutter, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Hilmar on the 4th.
