Kase Evans posted a new career-high in passing yards on Friday. He threw for 441 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.5 yards per attempt, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in each of the last five games he's played.

Coming up, Evans and Lexington will be playing at home against Comfort at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Bobcats/Deer thanks in part to Evans: he threw for 327 yards and five TDs while completing 92.9% of his passes, and also rushed for 64 yards and one score on only eight carries.
