Soccer Game Preview: Lynbrook vs. Milpitas

The Lynbrook Vikings will challenge the Milpitas Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lynbrook's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Lynbrook managed to keep up with Gunn until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Lynbrook lost 3-0 to Gunn.

Meanwhile, Milpitas fell victim to Cupertino and their airtight defense on Saturday. They fell just short of the Pioneers by a score of 1-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Trojans haven't been shut out since back in December of 2024.

Milpitas' defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 0-1-3 and their overall record down to 3-2-5. As for Lynbrook, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.
