Luke Oxarart Delivers Electric Performance Vs Sweet Grass County

Starting off the list is Jefferson's Luke Oxarart, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Oxarart rushed for 99 yards and three touchdowns, and also caught a touchdown.

The win was the fourth in a row for Jefferson, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Panthers dukes it out withManhattan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Big Game from Mattson As Broadwater Won 45-0

Deegan Mattson posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 59 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 57 yards and a touchdown. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making four total tackles and defending a pass in addition to snagging two interceptions which he returned for a touchdown.

Mattson is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against Sweet Grass County on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Mattson saw the Sheepherders), he threw for 221 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.

Three Forks/Willow Creek Gets a Boost from Reichman in 33-16 Loss

While Three Forks/Willow Creek might've come up empty on Friday, Kanon Reichman wasn't going down without a fight. Reichman was dynamite, rushing for 71 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 213 yards on 18 of 31 attempts.

This year, Reichman has averaged 159.9 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after seven games last season, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to 12.

Sawyer Andersen Makes It Two for Three Forks/Willow Creek
