The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Hilltoppers considering their six-point performance the contest before.

Glenwood City's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-3. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 30.7 points over those games. As for Spring Valley, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 4-3.
