Big Game from Jessie As Rudder Fell 38-33

A Season-Best Performance from Armani Franklin Leads University over Waco

On Friday, University got the W thanks in part to Armani Franklin playing the best football he has all season. Franklin made 13 total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Franklin and University will venture away from home to face off against Brenham at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Franklin better keep an eye on Daryl Cannie Jr as he's been one of the Eagles' best RB. Ellison Gets a Boost from Holland Jr in 50-28 Loss

Rounding off our Top Five is Sidney Holland Jr of Ellison. Holland Jr threw for 366 yards and four touchdowns. His passing game has become a key predictor of Ellison's success: the team is 2-1 when his passer rating is 110 or higher, but only 2-3 otherwise.
