Baseball Recap: Indy Genesis Homeschool Has No Trouble Against Northside Christian School

Indy Genesis HomeSchool was not the first on the board on Saturday, but they got there more often. Everything went their way against the Northside Christian School Eagles as the Indy Genesis HomeSchool Indy Genesis made off with a 13-3 victory. The result was nothing new for the Indy Genesis, who have now won three games by nine runs or more so far this season.

Jace Parker was a standout: he scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. That's the most hits he has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabe Barnes, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

The win made it two in a row for Indy Genesis HomeSchool and bumps their season record up to 3-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 9.5 runs. As for Northside Christian School, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Indy Genesis HomeSchool will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Irvington Preparatory Academy at 5:30 p.m. on April 4th. Northside Christian School does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
