Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Richland). They put the hurt on the Denton Broncos with a sharp 17-3 victory on Tuesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Royals considering their two-run performance the match before.
Carlos Guerrero looked comfortable as he tossed four innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.
