Huntley won the last time they faced Dundee-Crown and things went their way on Thursday too. The Red Raiders walked away with a 2-0 win over the Chargers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Red Raiders.

Huntley easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-8.

Summer Massow paced Huntley's offense, picking up six kills. Massow got some help from Abby Whitehouse and her ten assists. Whitehouse was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Huntley's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Dundee-Crown, they dropped their record down to 1-1 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Huntley is set to face off against their familiar foe Crystal Lake South at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Dundee-Crown will square off against rival Crystal Lake Central at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
