Volleyball Game Preview: Orange Vista Coyotes vs. Perris Panthers

The Orange Vista Coyotes will square off against the Perris Panthers at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, Orange Vista earned a 3-1 win over Canyon Springs. The Coyotes haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Orange Vista was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-21, 19-25, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Perris got the win against Summit on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-14, 25-19.

Orange Vista's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-12. As for Perris, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season.

Orange Vista beat Perris 3-1 in their previous meeting back in March of 2023. Will Orange Vista repeat their success, or does Perris has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
