Softball Recap: National Trail Takes a Loss

National Trail lost against Twin Valley South back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Blazers came up short against the Panthers, falling 16-5. The Blazers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Taylor Reynolds was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played. Rowan Conway also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen bases of the season.

National Trail's record now sits at 4-7. As for Twin Valley South, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. National Trail will face off against Botkins at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Twin Valley South, they will challenge New Miami at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
