North Fort Myers put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Riverdale Raiders with a sharp 27-7 victory. This was payback for the Red Knights, who suffered a 26-6 loss the last time these two teams met.

Giovanna Molloy threw for 60 yards and two touchdowns while completing 75% of her passes. Faith Mackay was her top target, picking up 26 receiving yards. On the ground, Kenlee Dominguez rushed for 67 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries.

North Fort Myers pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 4.8 points on average over those games. As for Riverdale, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-1.

Looking ahead, North Fort Myers will head out to square off against Cape Coral at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. North Fort Myers is facing Cape Coral at the right time seeing as Cape Coral is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Riverdale, they will welcome Mariner at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Riverdale's defense has only allowed 8.2 points per game this season, so Mariner's offense will have their work cut out for them.
