Meanwhile, Benjamin Franklin lost 12-2 to Northwest Christian on Monday.

Benjamin Franklin saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Talan Speir, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. Speir also put up an RBI, which was his first of the season.

Gilbert Christian's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Benjamin Franklin, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4-1.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Wednesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Gilbert Christian has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.4 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Benjamin Franklin struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3.7 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
