Volleyball Game Preview: Vallejo Redhawks vs. Swett Warriors

The Vallejo Redhawks will take on the Swett Warriors at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Swett took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Vallejo, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with ten losses in a row, Vallejo turned things around against Richmond on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the Oilers 3-2. The game was the first time the Redhawks have beaten the Oilers on their court since March 1, 2022.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Vallejo got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-0, 0-25, 25-0, 0-25, 15-0.

Meanwhile, Swett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Hercules.

The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 20-25, 25-16, 25-13.

Swett's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Vallejo, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-12.
