West Field had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.2 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They strolled past the Bonneville Lakers with points to spare, taking the game 64-49. The contest marked the Longhorns' most dominant victory of the season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead West Field to victory, but perhaps none more so than Daxton Laughter, who shot 44% from the field on his way to 20 points and four steals. Another player making a difference was Drew Faddis, who went 5-for-12 to rack up 17 points and eight boards.

West Field smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in three consecutive games.

Despite the loss, Bonneville still got an impressive performance from Jackson Call, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Thanks to that strong game, Call now owns an excellent 47% field goal percentage. Bryson Landis was another key player, putting up eight points and seven boards.

West Field's win bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Bonneville, they dropped their record down to 2-12 with the loss, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

West Field wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 58-52 victory against Clearfield on the 14th. As for Bonneville, they have also already played their next contest, a 57-38 defeat against Box Elder on the 14th.
