Volleyball Recap: Curtis Vikings vs. Lake Stevens Vikings
Curtis extended their postseason success on Saturday against Lake Stevens. They won by a set and slipped past the Lake Stevens Vikings 3-2. Curtis' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
Despite the loss, Lake Stevens saw an underclassman step up: freshman Audrey Iseminger had 13 digs and two aces. Iseminger is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in the last seven games she's played.
Curtis' victory bumped their record up to 26-0. As for Lake Stevens, with the defeat, they broke their 16-game winning streak and moved their record to 29-6-1.
Curtis wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Kennedy Catholic on the 23rd. Lake Stevens does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
