Covington extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from TaKyra Boddie. The Covington Chargers breezed by the Raleigh-Egypt Pharaohs to the tune of 69-13 on Friday thanks in part to Boddie, who went 10 for 16 on her way to 25 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Covington's points.
Another player making a difference was Zaria Jones, who posted 13 points. That's the most points she has posted since back in February of 2024.
