Volleyball Recap: Warren Warriors vs. Polo Marcos
Warren was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Polo Marcos. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-14.
Polo can attribute much of their success to Grace Miatke, who had six digs and three aces.
Warren's record now sits at 3-21-2. As for Polo, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a massive bump to their 13-10-2 record this season.

Galena will roll in looking for their 15th straight win, something Warren surely won't give up without a fight. As for Polo, they will be playing at home against Fulton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fulton is coming into the matchup with four straight victories on the road, so Polo will have to stop a squad with plenty of momentum.
