While Henderson County's win against Union County wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Colonels had just enough and edged out the Braves 12-10. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Colonels have posted since April 18th.

Hunter Evans was a standout: he went 1-for-2 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. He has become a key player for Henderson County: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 6-14 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Will Schwartz, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, two RBI, and one double.

Henderson County's win bumped their record up to 9-14. As for Union County, their loss dropped their record down to 11-15.
