Basketball Recap: Donna North Comes Up Short

Donna North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They were outmatched by the Lopez Lobos and fell 60-26. Sadly, that's the two time they've come up short against the Chiefs, as the also lost their prior matchup 62-26 back in November.

Despite the loss, Donna North still got an impressive performance from Jackie Rincon, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten boards. That was a full 50% of Donna North's points, marking the third time in a row she's posted more than a third of the team's points.

Donna North's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Lopez, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-7.

Donna North will face off against Donna at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lopez, they will challenge Rivera at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lopez has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
