Upland came tearing into Saturday's match with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Costa Mesa Mustangs.

Upland's win bumped their record up to 11-13. As for Costa Mesa, with the loss, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 14-19.

Upland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Northview on the 11th. As for Costa Mesa, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Downey on the 15th.
