Volleyball Recap: McLane Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If McLane was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Madera South on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Highlanders fell just short of the Torres Toros by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Highlanders have struggled against the Toros recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, McLane sadly wound up on the wrong side. The final score came out to 25-19, 19-25, 25-22, 23-25, 15-12.

McLane's defeat dropped their record down to 16-20. As for Torres, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-11 record this season.

As of now, neither McLane nor Torres have any future games scheduled.
