Concordia Prep scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They received a blow as they fell 33-16 to the Loyola Blakefield Dons. The Saints were down 33-10 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Carlos Spencer continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Loyola Blakefield, throwing for 280 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.8 yards per attempt. Brayden Pross also helped out as he racked up 132 receiving yards.

Concordia Prep's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Loyola Blakefield, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Concordia Prep will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Archbishop Spalding at 1:00 p.m. on October 11. As for Loyola Blakefield, they will challenge Gilman at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
