Basketball Recap: Ballston Spa Takes a Loss

Ballston Spa won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Friday. They were dealt a 74-45 defeat at the hands of the Niskayuna Silver Warriors. The game marked the Scotties' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Ballston Spa's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Niskayuna, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Ballston Spa will take on Saratoga Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Niskayuna, they will face off against Colonie Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
