Volleyball Recap: Southeastern HomeSchool Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Southeastern HomeSchool was the 3-1 winner over Wilmington Christian Academy when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cardinals fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday.

Emily Batts paced Southeastern HomeSchool's offense, picking up 15 kills. Batts got some help from Alana Surigao and her 29 assists. Batts was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Southeastern HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Wilmington Christian Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southeastern HomeSchool will welcome Southeastern Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wilmington Christian Academy, they will host Topsail at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
