Basketball Recap: Mount Anthony Takes a Loss

Mount Anthony lost against Hoosick Falls on January 2nd and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Mount Anthony Patriots lost 67-44 to the Hoosick Falls Panthers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Patriots have suffered against the Panthers since January 4, 2020.

Mount Anthony dropped their record down to 2-9 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Hoosick Falls, their win bumped their record up to 12-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mount Anthony will challenge Burr & Burton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hoosick Falls, they will venture away from home to square off against Waterford-Halfmoon at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
