Basketball Recap: Omaha Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Omaha Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 53-35 bruising from Heartland Christian. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Heartland Christian apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Despite the loss, Omaha Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Bridget Townsend, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds. Mari Keuck was another key player, putting up 13 points and eight boards.
