Recap: Clover Blue Eagles vs. Rock Hill Bearcats
The Clover Blue Eagles can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. They blew past Rock Hill 58-38. The victory was some much needed relief for Clover as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Clover got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Devin Agard out in front who scored 16 points along with six rebounds and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Agard has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Isaac Allen, who scored nine points along with five steals.
Clover now has a winning record of 13-12. As for Rock Hill, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-19.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clover will face off against T.L. Hanna at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Clover will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps South Carolina Rankings (they are ranked 61st, while T.L. Hanna is ranked 14th). As for Rock Hill, they will head out on the road to square off against James F. Byrnes at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in James F. Byrnes' favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 11 games.
