Greeneville is 10-0 against Claiborne since January of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Greeneville Greene Devils just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Claiborne Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. The timing is sure in Greeneville's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Claiborne has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.

On Monday, Greeneville was able to grind out a solid victory over Science Hill, taking the game 64-54. The win was all the more spectacular given the Greene Devils' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 86th, while the Hilltoppers are ranked 32nd).

Meanwhile, Claiborne was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 53-48 to Washburn.

Greeneville is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 7-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points per game. As for Claiborne, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.

Everything went Greeneville's way against Claiborne in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, as Greeneville made off with a 69-46 victory. Does Greeneville have another victory up their sleeve, or will Claiborne turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
