It was a good run, but Archbishop Shaw unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Saturday. They came up short against the L.W. Higgins Hurricanes, falling 5-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Eagles haven't been shut out since back in November of 2024.

Archbishop Shaw's defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-5-2. As for L.W. Higgins, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-10-1.

Archbishop Shaw has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against De La Salle on the 25th. L.W. Higgins does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
