Basketball Recap: Pinedale Takes a Loss

Pinedale lost against Cody back in March of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pinedale Wranglers fell 61-49 to the Cody Broncs. While losing is never fun, the Wranglers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wyoming basketball rankings (they are ranked 26th, while the Broncs are ranked fifth).

Pinedale has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season. Cody is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.

Pinedale has already played their next game (against Powell), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Cody also has no score uploaded for their next matchup, this one against Buffalo.
