Volleyball Recap: Blessed Trinity Extends Winning Streak to Three

Blessed Trinity had won two straight games and Ruby McDermott did her part to make it three on Saturday. The Titans walked away with a 2-0 win over the South Forsyth War Eagles with plenty of help from McDermott, who had 16 digs and six assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Blessed Trinity easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-18.

Blessed Trinity's victory bumped their record up to 29-9. As for South Forsyth, their loss was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-20.

Blessed Trinity wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Lovett on the 27th. As for South Forsyth, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Bob Jones on the 27th.
