Basketball Recap: Humboldt Find Success

Humboldt won the last time they faced Dyersburg and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Humboldt Vikings snuck past the Dyersburg Trojans with a 61-57 victory.

Humboldt's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Dyersburg, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-8.

Humboldt is taking a road trip to take on Halls at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dyersburg, they will welcome Westview at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Westview knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Dyersburg likes a good challenge.
