            The Notus Pirates will head out to  challenge the Wilder Wildcats  at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
Notus will head out to face Wilder after giving up their first home loss of the  season on Friday. Notus fell  59-50 to Liberty Charter.
 Despite the  loss, Notus got top-tier performance from   Benny Guevara, who  went 10 for 13  on his way to 23  points in addition to six  boards and four  steals. That's the most  points  Guevara has posted since back in December of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of  Caleb Cudaback, who  posted ten points and five  rebounds.
 Meanwhile, Wilder posted their closest  win since January 19, 2024 on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Compass Charter, sneaking past  38-35. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  victory the Wildcats have posted  against the Aviators since February 14, 2017.
 Wilder moved to 5-5 with that  win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Notus, their defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  dating back to last season and  dropped them to 7-3.
 Everything came up roses for Notus against Wilder in their previous meeting  back in January of 2024, as the  team secured  a  64-35 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Notus since the  squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
