Volleyball Recap: Whitney Comes Up Short

If Whitney was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Artesia on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Whitney Wildcats fell 2-0 to the Millikan Rams on Saturday.

Whitney has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season. The win got Millikan back to even at 6-6.

Whitney wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 1-0 defeat against Sonora on the 15th. As for Millikan, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Peninsula on the 15th.
