Volleyball Recap: Thayer Has No Trouble Against Seymour

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Liberty, Thayer was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Seymour Tigers with a sharp 3-0 win.

Despite the loss, Seymour still got an impressive performance from Elianna Wallace, who had 17 digs and one assist. Wallace is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Thayer's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 11-17. As for Seymour, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-18-1.

As of now, neither Thayer nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
