Volleyball Recap: Taft Extends Home Winning Streak to Seven

Taft won the last time they faced Kenwood and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Eagles walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Broncos. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Taft easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-18.

Taft pushed their record up to 16-4 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Kenwood, they moved to 4-2 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Coming up, Taft will host Lake View at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kenwood, they will challenge Kennedy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last three games the Crusaders have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
