Rangeview is a perfect 7-0 against Hinkley since May of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Raiders will head out on the road to face off against the Thunder at 4:00 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Northfield hit Rangeview with a ten-run second inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Raiders came up short against the Nighthawks, falling 18-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Raiders were not able to get on the board.

Rangeview saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ryan Luevanos, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases.

Meanwhile, Hinkley fell victim to Ralston Valley and their airtight pitching crew last Tuesday. They lost 27-0 to the Mustangs.

Hinkley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Rangeview, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-6.

Hinkley's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Rangeview hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .329. It's a different story for Hinkley, though, as they've only averaged .081. Will they be able to contain Rangeview's hitters?

Rangeview got the 'W' when the teams last played back in April of 2025 against Hinkley by a conclusive 10-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
