Volleyball Recap: Walkertown Has No Trouble Against High Point Central + How To Watch

Walkertown won the last time they faced High Point Central and things went their way on Monday too. The Wolfpack blew past the Bison 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolfpack.

While Walkertown won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 26-24, 25-19.

Aliviah Bateman paced Walkertown's offense, picking up nine kills. Bateman got some help from Chloe Isaacs and her 26 assists. Bateman was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Walkertown's victory bumped their record up to 13-5. As for High Point Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

Walkertown will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Bartlett Yancey at 6:30 p.m. As for High Point Central, they will head out on the road to take on Randleman at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
