Softball Recap: Vista PEAK Prep Takes a Loss

Vista PEAK Prep lost against Northfield on September 4th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bison lost 20-4 to the Nighthawks. The Bison have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jaya Gray was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Vista PEAK Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Northfield, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Vista PEAK Prep will take on rival Thomas Jefferson at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Northfield is set to square off against their familiar foe George Washington at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
