Salt Fork came tearing into Tuesday's contest with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Heritage Hawks a 15-0 shutout. The Storm might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by seven runs or more this season.

Salt Fork pushed their record up to 18-7 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Heritage, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16.
